Installation

Remote service installation costs $39 by itself, but if you add it when purchasing any other TRI Tech Guy service, installation is free!  After installation, you pay based on the number of contacts you expect to use per month.

Individual Contacts

Clients who are not currently in an active Remote Service contract can take advantage of Remote Service for $30 per contact.

A "contact" is defined as any situation where I connect to your computer to review a question or perform a quick fix.  Sessions will be counted in ten-minute increments.

Remote Service from TRI Tech Guy is unique in the Elizabethton area.

As a Remote Service client, you have access to me personally for expert answers to the everyday situations you face.  Some examples of when you might want to use Remote Service:

  • Your computer displays an error message that you are unfamiliar with.
  • You receive an email, and you're concerned about its security.
  • Your computer is behaving differently than it usually does.

If you are a visual learner, or if you'd like to be able to show a tech the problem you're having instead of just trying to describe it, Remote Service from TRI Tech Guy is made just for you.

With your permission, I can access your computer remotely to see your screen, perform quick maintenance, walk you through processes you are unfamiliar with, and more!

While your Remote Service contract is active, you will receive a discount on any TRI Tech Guy service performed on that system!
