Backup Solutions - $49 setup + cost of storage
Storage for on-site backups requires a one-time cost, which can vary depending on the amount of data you're backing up.
No backup solution is complete without off-site backup. Adding off-site backup protects you in the event of fire, flood, theft, or other unforseen problems that damage or destroy both the original files and any backups that may exist in the same physical location. Storage for off-site backups can be paid by single or multiple months or years.
Hardware Installation - $49 + cost of part (no markup!) add $40 for installations requiring disassembly of laptops
Software Installation - $39 if you already own the software. $49 + cost of software for software researched and purchased by TRI Tech Guy.

Installation - $39 (waived if added during any other service)
Monthly - $15 for 2 contacts, $20 for 3 contacts, $30 for 6 contacts (minimum contract length 6 months)
Individual Contacts - $30 each
A contact is defined as any situation where I connect to your computer to review a question or perform a quick fix. Sessions will be counted in ten-minute increments.
On-Site Service & Training
With the exception of Network Setup only, all prices listed above are for off-site service. A $50 per hour fee will be added for services or training performed at your location. Partial hours will be rounded up to the next half-hour.
Comprehensive diagnostics and malware removal are time consuming processes that may take many hours to complete. By picking up your computer and doing the repair at my location, I am able to service multiple machines at the same time, any hour of the day or night. This makes it possible to guarantee the great prices you see above no matter how much time I spend working on your computer.
Travel
Outside of Elizabethton city limits, the rate for travel is 25% of the on-site rate, $12.50 per hour. Travel is charged based on the time spent driving round trip between your location and mine.
24-hour Guarantee
Estimated timeframes for repairs can vary based on several factors, including the current volume of work. On most jobs, for an optional $20, I can give your service rush priority and guarantee that your system will be ready for pickup within 24 hours after you drop it off.
