"TRI Tech Guy gives 5 star service. I contacted him on a Saturday night with a very serious problem on my desktop and he offered to work on it immediately and gave me the choice of him coming over or saving money by dropping it off. He assured me there would be no charge if he couldn't fix it but felt likely it would be fixed by Sunday morning. He kept me up to date by text message and sure enough it was fixed by Sunday morning and for the very reasonable rate he quoted me. I would call him for any problems with my computer and urge others to do the same. He is honest, knowledgeable, committed and gives superior service."
